If Yes, describe your plans for meeting with appointed clients in the county or counties, including clients who are incarcerated and clients who are not incarcerated. I travel to Kershaw and Lexington County on a regular basis and know multiple attorneys in the area that allow me to use office space for meetings. I also have no problems meeting clients in their homes, at the courthouse, or at any detention facility they may be housed.

If No, describe any plans you may have for providing necessary support services in appropriate cases. I provide all services at this time, however I have a secretary that has offered to help in emergency situations.

6. Describe your policies and practices governing client contact, such as how quickly you see appointed clients after receiving notification of appointment, any affirmative steps you take to initiate client contact, times that are set aside for jail and office visits, etc.

7. Describe your policies and practices concerning scheduling appointments with clients, such as designated times or days of the week for client meetings.

8. Describe how you will provide phone coverage for calls from contract clients, including your policies and practices governing accepting phone calls from the jail, your ability to receive messages, and your policies and practices governing returning calls from clients.

9. Describe your access to legal research tools, including a law library or online legal research tools.
