OVERVIEW

David Schwacke is a former Solicitor of the Ninth Judicial Circuit having served in that capacity from 1992-2001. He was a Judicial Law Clerk to both The Honorable C. Victor Pyle, Jr. and The Honorable John Hamilton Smith.

He has served as an Assistant Solicitor in the Second and Ninth Judicial Circuits. In addition to serving as a part-time Assistant Public Defender in Berkeley County, he maintains an office for the private practice of law in Charleston.
